OWNER

Jenna Bottolfsen is a seasoned Leadership Development expert with over 25 years of experience in the Wichita corporate landscape, including union and non-union environments. Her executive background spans various HR domains, such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, HR Technology, Coaching, and Leadership Development.

 

With a passion for helping individuals discover their unique talents and strengths, Jenna provides tailored guidance to bring out the best in each person. As the owner of Wallace Associates, she offers professional career management and development coaching services to companies, supporting employees in successful transitions to their next career opportunity, both within and beyond the organization.

  

As a long-time supporter and volunteer for Girl Scouts, Jenna has led and volunteered at the troop level for the past 7 years and enjoys teaching girls about STEM, leadership, and finding their courage and confidence. Jenna has lived in the local Wichita community and has a Business Management Degree from Wichita State University and her MBA from Webster University.

CHRIS WALLACE

Chris Wallace started Wallace Associates in 2010.

Chris has been a long-time advisor in the Wichita community and began working as a Career Management  Consultant who specialized in helping people manage their careers, individual coaching, and leadership training. Chris was ready to retire knowing that she found the right person to continue her legacy. 

Jenna is prepared to take your employees/executives/teams to the next phase in their careers.
